Have Questions?

Frequently Asked
Questions

Do I have to bring my aircraft to your workshop?

Not at all! We specialize in coming to you. Keep your airplane safely in its own space, and we will coordinate access with you.

Am I required to schedule services?

For most services, such as inspections and oil changes, appointments are required to be scheduled in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate unscheduled maintenance issues, such as flat tires. Just call for availability.

As the aircraft owner, can I assist with services?

As a general rule, no. Safety and continuity are primary reasons for hiring a mechanic with training, experience, and FAA certification. However, regulations do allow for pilot owners a limited amount of access. We will work with you on a case by case basis, taking into account the needs of each aircraft.

How does billing work?

We require payment upon completion for every job. We may request 50% deposit for any parts required for larger projects. We accept checks, cash, and all credit cards (our merchant processing service adds a 4% fee to all credit card charges). If you would like to set up a regular Net 30 account, please contact us to begin the process.

How do I know what the service will cost?

Every job receives an estimate before any work begins. If the project grows into more than what was estimated, we will always contact you before continuing. You are also provided with full step by step explanations of any issues that arise while working on your aircraft.

Are there any aircraft to which you can’t provide services?

We specialize in piston and turbojet aircraft. Due to equipment and space requirements, we are limited in services to larger aircraft. Simply contact us with your issue, and we can discuss options.
